Frying pan ø28 cm
Made in Anderstorp from 3 mm Swedish carbon steel from SSAB and pre-seasoned with Swedish vegetable oils – ready to use straight away, with no seasoning needed. Around 20% lighter than a cast-iron pan and completely free from PFOA and PTFE. Works on all heat sources and in the oven up to 200 °C. Rated five plus in Aftonbladet's 2021 frying pan test.
Glass lid ø28 cm
A clean-lined lid that keeps heat and moisture in when something needs to simmer, vegetables need steaming or food needs to stay warm. The glass comes from Emmaboda and the stainless steel knob from Bredaryd; the lid is assembled in Anderstorp. Dishwasher safe.
Handle cover 5x19, Neopren
A neoprene handle cover, made in Anderstorp and shaped for the pan's slim handle. Makes moving a hot pan safer. Remove the cover before the pan goes into the oven.
