The round griddle from Kockums is the perfect addition to your kettle barbecue. Made in Sweden from 6 mm carbon steel that heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly for excellent searing results every time. It comes seasoned with vegetable oils and is ready to use straight away.
Two practical handles make it easy to lift the griddle in and out of the barbecue, while the clever groove around the edge collects fat and oil to prevent them from dripping onto the hot coals. Suitable for 57 cm kettle barbecues with a 54 cm cooking surface, such as the Weber 57. Ideal for cooking meat, fish and vegetables or making smash burgers. It can also be used as a serving platter or to keep food warm.
